We, the members of the Pilipino-American Association of Riverside County, imploring the aid of Divine Providence, in order to establish an organization that shall embody our ideals, promote the well-being of our community, preserve our Filipino customs, traditions, and culture, help alleviate the conditions of our poor, distressed, or underprivileged countrymen, and to secure for ourselves and our posterity, the blessings of peace, brotherhood, and unity. ​
